A Building & Pest Inspection is a visual assessment of the property, both inside and out, to identify any building defects, structural issues, or pest activity. We use thermal cameras, moisture meters, drones, and other tools to help detect problems not visible to the naked eye. After your inspection, we call you to discuss our findings, followed by a detailed report the next day.
