Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection Report
These reports comprise of a comprehensive combined Building & Pest Inspection undertaken on your property or one you intend on purchasing, to find out the general condition of the property and the visible structural and/or non-structural defects that exist at the time of the inspection in accordance with AS 4349.1 2007(Building Inspections). You will also find out the risks of timber pest attack, any visible timber pest damage or visible timber pest activity identified at the time of the inspection in accordance with AS 4349.3(Timber Pest Inspections). These reports are often used for Pre-purchase or Pre-sale inspections to fully inform the client on the property conditions at the time of the inspection in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.
