Beginning his career as a qualified carpenter, James completed a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and has worked across new home construction, renovations, remedial building works, and structural repairs, including more than 20 years specialising in rectifying defects and poor workmanship where other builders had fallen short.
This hands-on background provides a strong understanding of residential construction, building performance, and how defects develop over time. Inspections are carried out with a strong focus on honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail, with reports designed to provide clients with a clear understanding of the property’s condition to assist in making informed decisions.
