Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection Report
A Building & Timber Pest Inspection is a non-invasive visual inspection of the property, internally and externally, to identify visible building defects, safety concerns, and evidence of timber pest activity. The inspection covers accessible interior and exterior areas, roof space, subfloor (where applicable), garages, and associated structures. Thermal imaging, scientific moisture sensors, and precision levelling devices may be used to assist in identifying issues not readily visible at the time of inspection. The inspection is limited to areas that are safe and reasonably accessible and does not involve destructive testing or dismantling of building elements. Findings are documented in a clear report supported by photographs and practical recommendations. Reports are issued the same day wherever possible. Clients are encouraged to review the Pre-Inspection Agreement for full details of inclusions and limitations.
