Nick lives and works on the South Coast of New South Wales. He began his career in real estate nearly 30 years ago after completing a Certificate in Real Estate, before transitioning into carpentry and joinery, where he spent around 15 years running his own carpentry business.

Why choose us

After relocating to the South Coast, Nick completed a Certificate IV in Building and Construction in 2008 and worked on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. In 2014, he joined Jim’s Building Inspections, bringing nearly 25 years of industry experience to his inspection work. Nick is committed to applying his extensive hands-on building knowledge to deliver thorough, reliable inspections and help clients make confident property decisions.
