Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection Report
Visual building and timber pest inspection to AS 4349.1 and AS 4349.3, covering the site, exterior, interior, roof space and subfloor where safe access allows. The report separates major defects from minor maintenance items and flags safety hazards, termite activity and conditions that attract termites. Where I find a major defect, I explain what the repair is likely to involve so you can negotiate or budget before you exchange. Every item comes with photos. Report uploaded within 3 business days of the inspection, and a phone call to talk it through is included.
