Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection Report
The Building and Pest Inspection includes all safely accessible areas from the roof to the subfloor. All Reports are delivered within 24 hours of the site visit and are on average 40 + pages with 50+ photos to give you the detailed report on the issues found in the property to make your buying decision. If electrical or plumbing issues are also found, these are also listed for further investigation by the relevant trades.
