Get your Building Inspection done alongside a Timber Pest Inspection for ultimate peace of mind at a reduced rate. This bundle will save you the time and money of getting two separate inspections done. All our building Inspectors are certified timber pest inspectors as well and use the latest radar, heat and moisture sensing equipment to detect timber pest infestations. The inspection will cover: -Internal areas (rooms, bathrooms, laundry rooms, Kitchens, garage) -External areas (Structure, outbuildings) -Subfloor spaces -Roof spaces -Exterior roof -Site including fences.
