All of our consultants are fully insured. Our consultants utilize the highest quality industry approved Thermal Imaging and Moisture detection equipment throughout the inspection process. All inspections are performed and reported to the relevant Australian Standards with a range of photos included with each report. Our consultants have expertise in and knowledge of the Pest and Building Standards and the National Construction Codes. We aim to provide reports within 24 hours of the inspection being performed. We liaise with agents and vendors to achieve access to properties as soon as possible after services have been booked to ensure a timely and efficient turn around. Our experience, knowledge, expertise, communication skills and professional attitude ensures that you are getting the information you need to make informed decisions about the property you are interested in.

Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection Report
New Look Inspections utilise the latest Thermal Imaging and Moisture Detection equipment. All consultants are fully insured for Professional Indemnity. A Building and Pest inspection is a visual inspection of the property inside and out for any building or pest damage, evidence, or non-compliant areas. We recommend reading our Pre-inspection agreement for more information. Combined Pest and Building Pre-purchase or Pre-listing Inspection costings, are for standard size 4 bedroom home or under.
