Building & Pest Standalone - Inspection Report
Each Building and Pest Inspection is carried out in accordance with Australian Standards AS 4349.1 (Building Inspections) and AS 4349.3 (Timber Pest Inspections). The inspection involves a thorough visual, non-invasive assessment of all safely accessible areas of the property to identify defects, safety hazards and signs of timber pest activity.
