At SURE Building Inspections, our Combined Building Inspection combines our Structural Inspection with our Timber Pest Inspection. Together, these two pre-purchase inspections will give you peace of mind before you purchase an investment property, a forever home, or embark on any major renovations on your property. We have a team of building inspectors who service areas in all main metros. Our inspector will visit your property once to conduct a thorough inspection of the structural integrity of the building as well as inspect the property for signs of live termites or existing termite damage.
