My approach is unique in the industry, combining comprehensive building and pest inspections with a specialized focus on healthy homes. I don't just identify structural issues or pest concerns; I also assess factors that impact your well-being, such as moisture intrusion, mould presence, EMF, and potential environmental hazards.
Clear & open communication is at the heart of my service. I always recommend coming to the inspection, I'll take the time to show & explain any defects. If you can't though, I'm happy to give you a call after it & tell you my thoughts. Then I ensure that all findings are explained in straightforward language.
