We find it crazy that people can spend hundreds of dollars completing due diligence on multiple properties and are often not successful in purchasing the home.
Before You Buy makes this process easier, connecting property enthusiasts (buyers, sellers, agents, conveyancers) with reputable due diligence.

Founders & Leaders
Before You Buy was founded in 2015 by brothers, Rhys and Jordan Rogers.
Rhys saw the need to reduce the cost of inspection reports first-hand in his previous role at an accounting and restructuring firm; "I was seeing different interested buyers in a property purchasing what was essentially the same report multiple times, and all the time and money wasted with the process".
After a long career at Commonwealth Bank and UBS, Jordan joined the team in an operational capacity in 2020. It's quite the family affair and the boys genuinely love working together.
