Whether the seller has already ordered the report or you're the first buyer to purchase it, you'll always get the lowest price available for that property.

How it works

A report is ordered

Either a buyer or the seller starts the report.

You buy at the best available price

If the seller has initiated the report, you'll pay a discounted price or sometimes nothing at all.

If you're the first buyer, your price can only go down

For brand new reports not commissioned by a seller, if others buy the same report later, you automatically receive a refund of the difference. If no one else buys it, you simply pay the original price.

Start with a Strata Report. Add a Contract Review before you sign. Building & Pest is optional but recommended for ground-floor or older buildings.

My offer's been accepted – what now?

You need Contract Preparation (conveyancing). BYB's panel handles it end-to-end through to settlement.
