Even the newest properties may have defects that only an expert inspector will spot. During the site inspection notes are recorded in our electronic inspection system. These notes are then brought to our office and a full report is compiled and emailed or delivered to our clients. We are also happy to discuss any aspects of the report over the phone. We ensure that every exposed part of the property is inspected and reported on as per Australian Standards and guidelines including the following: Roof external, roof void, sub floor Interior flooring , walls , ceilings ect Garages and / or outbuildings Test for dampness Report on cracks, sags ect. Report on irregularities and poor workmanship. And any other issues that may arise during an Inspection. Our pest inspectors inspect and report on all aspects of pest activity (active or inactive) in the property.
